The Future Workplaces certificate is not based on a model of wellbeing, motivation or a good workplace predefined by external parties or management. Instead, the certificate is earned by leading your workplace culture with exceptional #employeeinsight.
For the Future Workplaces 2025 certification, all of the employees in the workplace are surveyed using the Siqni survey. The survey collects information on the most meaningful factors for your employees at work and how well these things are realised. The Future Workplaces certification process is open to all organizations with 20 or more employees.
Participation in the Future Workplaces survey requires completion of the Siqni employee survey for all of the employees. You can read more about the service packages and pricing here.
