Founded in 1987, Kotipizza is the largest pizza chain in the Nordic countries and one of the best-known restaurant brands in Finland. The chain has over 300 restaurants, run by around 280 independent franchisees across Finland. More than 2,000 Kotipizza employees work in the restaurants, from bakers to delivery drivers. Eezy Siqni Oy has awarded Kotipizza with the Future Workplaces certificate in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
Future Workplaces is a certification granted to workplaces, where company culture is led with exceptional employee insight. The tool used for the certification is the Siqni Survey, which is carried out among all employees to find out how the company’s own employees feel about the issues that are most important to them in their daily work.
